Have you had a Robzone robotic vacuum cleaner for more than two years and is it showing a fault or it needs service?
Our technicians are ready to quickly help and provide you post-warranty service or paid repair so that you do not miss the robotic helper at home for a long time.
1. Step
Please fill out the form
- Fill out the online form . After filling it in, press the "Send request" button to send it online directly to our service department. Then ideally print the form, sign it and attach it to the goods.
- If you need assistance filling out the claim form, call +420 226 225 030 (SK) or +40 312 251 222 (RO) (Mon-Fri 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.), where we will be happy to help you.
- After filling online forms and after sending the request, you will immediately be assigned the number of your complaint, with which please visibly mark the shipment.
2. Step
Get the vacuum cleaner ready
- Clean the vacuum cleaner, empty the dust bin, turn off the main switch , make sure the robotic vacuum cleaner is well dried and pack it carefully so that it cannot be damaged during transport.
- If you are also sending mops intended for wiping to the service, please wash them and dry them thoroughly.
- If you are sending a robot with an automatic cleaning station for service, pour out the water from the water tanks, wash and dry the tanks thoroughly , and then leave them open to dry for at least 24 hours. Also thoroughly dry the sponge placed in the clean water tank.
If the robot, mops or station are not completely dry before shipping, you risk residual water entering the electronic parts of the station and robot during transport and handling, the formation of mold and subsequent fatal damage. In the event that insufficient cleaning of the robot and accessories is found after taking over to the service center, a cleaning fee may be charged by the service center.
3. Step
Send your robot in for service
Please include the printed and signed form in your package. This will allow us to process your request as quickly as possible. If you are unable to print the form, please at least include your request number written on a piece of paper, or write the number clearly directly on the package
- As part of our special post-warranty care, we offer a FREE shipping label for shipping to the service center. You will automatically receive a Packeta shipping label via email after filling out the form. Attach the label to your package and drop it off at the nearest Packeta drop-off location. Please note that delivery to us may take up to 10 days. You can track your package using the tracking number on the carrier’s website.
- If you prefer not to use Packeta or drop off the vacuum cleaner in person, please send it to the service center via your own carrier to the following address: Robzone Europe, Průmyslová 1472/11, 102 00 Prague 15 – Hostivař, Czech Republic. Please provide the following phone number for the carrier: +420 777 777 866. The shipment must be sent directly to the Robzone address. Due to capacity constraints, we are unable to pick up shipments at carrier branches. Such shipments will be automatically returned to the sender.
As soon as the robot is delivered to our service center, colleagues will inform you about its acceptance and after the initial test they will contact you with a repair proposal and the price for the repair. The price for diagnostics is charged at 10 EUR, incl. VAT
Repairs will begin once you approve the quote.
Do you need to buy some accessories for your vacuum cleaner?
- Our service center does not offer direct sales of accessories. Therefore, please contact our Prague store directly with your order or use the online order in the e-shop in the "Accessories" section here.

How should I proceed with the post-warranty repair?
If your robot has started to behave abnormally or reports an error, it will probably require a check by our technician. To send the robot to service, please follow the instructions above.

How can I deliver the goods to the service center?
You can use the free Packeta shipping label to send your item to the service center. Or you can send the goods to the service center by post or any other transport company.

Spare parts and components of robotic vacuum cleaners, such as motors, wheels, displays, etc., are not sold separately. They usually require professional assembly and comprehensive diagnostics, so it is necessary to send the robot to a service center, where the repair will be carried out professionally.
