When can I return the purchased robotic vacuum cleaner?

  • Within 14 days of receipt of the shipment - for regular purchases (natural person non-business)
  • Within 7 days of receiving the shipment - when purchasing for a company (legal entity)
  • The decisive date for the recognition of the claim is when you give us a written report about withdrawing from the purchase contract. You can simply fill out an online request here HERE or send an email to service@robzone.com.


When will I get my money back for returned goods?

The purchase price is sent to the customer's account within 14 days of receiving the goods back.

How to prepare the vacuum cleaner for shipment?

The vacuum cleaner must be complete, including all accessories, the user manual, and the original packaging. If you have used the robot vacuum cleaner, it must be thoroughly cleaned before shipping,

  • If you are sending a robot with an automatic cleaning station, empty the water from the water tanks, wash the tanks, dry them thoroughly, and then leave them open for at least 24 hours to dry completely. Also thoroughly dry the sponge located in the clean water tank.

 

  • If the robot, mops, or station are not completely dry before shipping, you risk residual water seeping into the electronic components of the station and robot during transport and handling, leading to mold growth and subsequent irreparable damage.

Include the printed, completed form in the shipment. If you are unable to print it, at least include your request number written on a piece of paper, or write the number clearly directly on the package.


What will come next?

As soon as we receive the package, we will notify you by email. Alternatively, you can track the package using the tracking number on the carrier’s website.

Once we receive the vacuum cleaner, a technician will inspect it, and we will then send you a credit memo for the refund. You can expect the bank transfer within 14 days of the credit memo being issued.





What if the robot was tested before being returned?

The vacuum cleaner can be used, but you need to think about the fact that some of its components will deteriorate when you try it. In such a case, it is necessary to think about the costs that Robzone Europe s.r.o. Each case of withdrawal from the contract is dealt with individually according to the assessment of the condition of the returned goods.

Ideally, test the vacuum cleaner as it would be tested by a salesperson when buying in an off-line store. If you decide to test the vacuum cleaner at home directly on the floor, it may cause contamination of the filtration or brushes, etc., which you will then be charged for.

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of taking over the goods without giving a reason, when purchasing goods through o-line sales.

Withdrawal from the purchase contract within 14 days is subject to the following conditions:

  • In cases where a purchase contract is concluded between the consumer and the seller via means of distance communication, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving a reason, but only within 14 days of receiving the goods. A valid withdrawal within this period requires sending an expression of will, which in accordance with legal regulations is considered an expression of will aimed at withdrawing from the contract, to the seller within these 14 days from the receipt of the goods in question. In such a case, the consumer bears the costs associated with the manifestation of the relevant will and the transport of the goods associated with their return to the seller.
  • To withdraw from the contract, we recommend filling in this form and attach it to the goods
  • The consumer is entitled to use this right, for example, by delivering the goods to the seller at his own expense to the address: RobZone Europe s.r.o., Průmyslova 1472/11, 102 00 Prague 15, Czech Republic together with the attached withdrawal from the contract.
  • The seller is entitled to compensation for the damage caused to the goods. The seller is entitled to unilaterally set off the claim for payment of the incurred damage against the buyer's claim for a refund of the purchase price.
    If a vacuum cleaner is used, two levels of wear are assessed:
    1st level = Replacement of degraded accessories (e.g. dusting, side brushes, filters, mop) = 15 EUR.
    2nd level = Replacement of damaged accessories and damaged parts of the vacuum cleaner (e.g. scratched cover) = 35 EUR.
    3rd level = Replacement of damaged accessories and damaged parts of the vacuum cleaner or station (all in one station models) = 65 EUR.
  • In case of withdrawal from the purchase contract, the purchase contract is canceled from the beginning. The goods must be returned to the seller within fourteen (14) days of withdrawal from the contract to the seller. If the buyer withdraws from the purchase contract, the buyer bears the costs associated with returning the goods to the seller, even if the goods cannot be returned by the usual postal route.
  • In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the seller will return the performance provided by the buyer to the buyer, the funds received from the buyer within fourteen (14) days from the withdrawal from the purchase contract to the buyer, in the same way as the seller received them from the buyer. The seller is also entitled to return the performance provided by the buyer when the goods are returned by the buyer or in another way, if the buyer agrees and no additional costs are incurred by the buyer. If the buyer withdraws from the purchase contract, the seller is not obliged to return the received funds to the buyer before the buyer returns the goods to him or proves that he sent the goods to the entrepreneur.
  • If possible, the goods are returned complete and undamaged with accessories and instructions.

In the case of an entrepreneur entering into a contract as part of his business activity, the following applies:

  • The quality guarantee is negotiated for 1 year
  • In case of withdrawal from the purchase contract, the goods must be returned to the seller within 7 working days of sending the withdrawal from the purchase contract to the seller. A valid withdrawal within this period requires sending an expression of will, which in accordance with legal regulations is considered an expression of will aimed at withdrawing from the contract, to the seller within these 7 days from the receipt of the goods in question. In such a case, the consumer bears the costs associated with the manifestation of the relevant will and the transport of the goods associated with their return to the seller. The seller is obliged to return the money within thirty days from the date of receipt of the goods by the buyer.
  • In the event that the buyer violates the obligation according to the previous sentence, the seller, regardless of the buyer's fault, is entitled to a contractual penalty in the amount of 0.1% of the purchase price of the goods for each day of delay in returning the goods, up to a maximum of the purchase price of the goods.
  • The buyer is not entitled to a refund of the price of the delivery of the goods, given that at such a moment the seller has already paid the price of the transport to a third party and this transport has also been carried out.
